The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project realized they needed our support in developing content, but they didn’t know where to start or what they needed exactly. I quickly developed a slew of campaign ideas, but the immediate need was obvious. They had created a handful of resource guides—rich information about how to navigate sensitive LGBTQ issues—but they were written for older audiences. And they were designed as whitepaper-styled PDFs living in a hidden section on their website. Bottom line: the info wasn’t reaching their target audience of young queer kids. So we rewrote them in a fresh and approachable tone and designed them as Instagram carousels. These new guides have produced some of the best engagement on their account to-date.
