The Uber Eats content marketing program is all about getting under the hood and talking to not customers, but restaurant owners. Our mission was to educate these small business leaders about why Uber Eats can be a great tool for getting food out the door and how to use the tool itself. These are a couple of fun reports I produced—alongside a commissioned illustrator—to help demystify an otherwise complex tech and logistics story.
